The Good Stuff: St. Michaels is a unique mixed use development in western Greeley. The plan encompassed a commercial core around a "Town Green" complete with a band shell, a recreation center, townhomes, and alley load patio homes. This creates a distinctive atmosphere and finely integrated community where people can live, work, shop and play.
