The Good Stuff: Water's Edge is planned with a wide variety of home types including estate, single family, patio, alley load, townhomes, and condominiums. The use of a variety of housing types allows for architectural diversity within Water’s Edge. Recreational amenities are an important part of the overall design with over 40% of the site as open space, walking trails, a community recreation center, access to Richards Lake, and a future city park round out the community design.
