The Good Stuff: Wildgrass is planned for a unique piece of land with dramatic elevation changes, natural drainage swales, and sweeping views of the front range. Extreme care was taken in planning Wildgrass to encompass the many natural features of the site, and to take advantage of the commanding views of the Flatirons and Indian Peaks.
The neighborhoods are designed around three city parks, a neighborhood recreation center, and natural open space. The streets and home sites were carefully laid out to enhance the natural topography and reduce the amount of grading required. Wildgrass encompasses three single-family product lines, custom home sites, and townhomes. Wildgrass has been a runaway selling project in a hard market.
