The Good Stuff: Harvest Moon and Stellaris Park are being planned by two different developers, but have been designed to work together to create a joint cohesive community. Harvest Moon is envisioned as the premier commercial mixed community serving as the eastern gateway for the city. Stellaris Park is planned as a residential community with a new urbanism flare with a mix of product types.
